Well as we say goodbye to day 19 and good morning to day 20 I can barely believe that the half way through this fast is here this quickly. Time really does fly when you are having fun...
So I am juicing all of the juices that I am drinking during this fast. Is juicing more beneficial than drinking already prepared juices from the store?
